Experience:

• 3 - 7years
• Previous experience within the Financial Services Industry and/or sales environment will be an added advantage.

Ideal Experience:

• 7 years of 10 in the short term commercial account sales and servicing experience in brokerage; corporate experience is an advantage;
• 3 years in a management or supervisory capacity (Proven Track record)

Education:

• Matric
• Wealth Management NQF L5 qualification or higher
• Passed exam RE: Representatives
• Own vehicle and drivers' license

Ideal Education:

• Matric;
• Level 4 FETC Short Term Insurance Qualification;
• Degree In Insurance qualification;
• Post matric qualification is an advantage (BComm Risk/Accounting, BBA)
