To manage the development, sourcing and implementation of appropriate product training and development initiatives with the aim of achieving high performance levels for new and existing employees.

• Matric
• FAIS ACCREDITED (Short-term) NQF 4
• Relevant training qualification (SETA Accredited)

Experience Minimum:

• 1 - 3 Years

Ideal Education:

• Relevant training qualification (SETA Accredited)

Ideal Experience:

• Min 3 years experience within a training enviroment
• Experience in the insurance environment is an advantage
• Conduct assessments 2years Experience to be registered assessor with Inseta advantageous
• 3 years Claims experience to facilitate the QCTO occupation certifcates (Advantageous)
